It’s going to be an historic Halloween, and not just because we’re in the middle of a pandemic. This year Halloween not only falls on a Saturday, but we will be turning the clocks back. Also, there will be a full moon. The last time that a full moon was seen in all U.S. time zones on Halloween was 1944.
