“WHOOPtoberfest” is coming in October!
The Maine Whoopie Pie Festival in Dover-Foxcroft typically happens each summer, with a one day event, but because of the pandemic, organizers have decided to dedicate the full month of October to the Whoopie Pie with a month long virtual celebration.
