According to the Lewiston Police, a search warrant was executed this week on Morris Brutus, 35, who was staying at a local motel/hotel.

As a result of the search warrant, police located approximately 10g of crack cocaine, 10g of MDMA/ecstasy, controlled prescriptions, 3 handguns, and U.S. Currency.

Police subsequently arrested and charged Brutus with Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs, Unlawful Possession of Schedule “W” Drug and Criminal Forfeiture of Property.

Brutus remains at the Androscoggin County Jail on $1,500 cash bail.
