Bangor Police arrested Jeffrey Brough, 40 from Litchfield, Saturday (10/24) after he fled from the Stillwater Avenue Home Depot. According to News Center Maine, Brough is accused of stealing a Dewalt Folding trimmer and throwing batteries at security personal threatening violence to security officers.
