Robert Simonds, 30, of Madison was arrested last week and charged with killing his 7-year old son and injuring other members of his family. Simonds was reportedly under the influence in the crash in Oct. of 2022 on Route 148 in Madison.
According to the Morning Sentinel, another 9-year-old child and the children’s mother were also hurt.
