The Irish American Club of Maine, which annually hosts Portland’s St. Patrick’s Day parade, has decided to make this year’s event virtual, because of the pandemic.

To celebrate they are encouraging participants to send videos of themselves having St. Paddy’s fun from home.

According to WGME, the deadline to send in your own video for the virtual parade is March 4. The virtual event will be livestreamed on March 14.
