Maurice Watkins-Cundiff, 30, has been arrested on attempted murder charges. Police responded to an early-morning shooting in Waterville in the area of Pleasant Street.
According to WGME, police believe Watkins-Cundiff fired multiple shots at someone who was trying to leave in a car.
