U.S. District Judge Lance Walker today (Aug. 7) dismissed a lawsuit challenging the executive order of Gov. Janet Mills that closed businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the Bangor Daily News, the judge ruled that the businesses did not show that the order was unconstitutional. Also saying that they failed to prove that it placed an unfair burden upon them.
