Approximately 35 firefighters from throughout the area responded to Carey Lane in Waterville for an early morning fire (Dec. 3) that displaced 6 people.
According to Waterville Fire & Rescue, there were no civilian injuries and no firefighter injuries reported. A family dog was located deceased at the scene and two cats are still unaccounted for.
