Mal Osborn, 92, who now lives in North Carolina, earned a varsity letter jacket in track from the University of Maine in 1952. Up until recently, he regularly wore the keepsake. Unfortunately it was lost.
Osborn’s daughter Beverly Amick went to social media for help, and the story has a very happy ending.
