Jennifer Scruggs, 35, of Turner, has been charged with buying guns allegedly provided to gangs in Southern California.
Officials say she purchased 55 guns from dealers in Auburn, Turner and Whitefield. She has been charged with 10 counts of making illegal gun purchases.
