Two vehicles collided last night (Feb. 1) on Route 4 in Sandy River Plantation killing Thomas Deckard-Madore, 17, of Strong, and Michaela Morgan, 15, of Phillips.
According to WMTW, the State Police are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.
